sometimes hate is nothing more than jealousy

I know its impossible to expect everyone to like you but how do I get over someone hating me? I always feel bad when I hear someone hates me, especially when they are nice to my face and dont say a word about what bothers them. how can I move past caring what other people think about me or at least stop caring when people dont like me?
